i love nutella. with a spoon. i love movies. especially the romantic sappy kind. or thrillers. provided there’s a romance in there somewhere. i love to dance. i used to be a professional ballet dancer. but i really love to shake a tail feather too. i love adventure. especially the traveling kind. i love my family. and my wonderful friends. i love to give gifts to people. sometimes i buy christmas presents already in february. i like to cook. but i love watching a real chef in action. top chef rocks. i bake a mean brownie. i am even better at eating them than i am at baking them. i love photography. i love amusement parks. the faster the roller coaster the better. pink cotton candy is my favorite. i love the beach. i worship the sun. i love anything creative. i adore getting mail. especially if there's a hand-written card in there. nothing beats a huge smile. i really love it if my cards are the reason. -daphne

Heart Art is the creation of Daphne Hargrove and began as a small home-based business in January of 2003. After an eight year career as a professional ballet dancer on the mainland, Daphne moved to Hawaii to begin the second chapter of her life, with her new husband, Wade.
Upon arriving in Oahu, Daphne turned her passion for artistic expression toward a new direction. Having always had an affection for art and drawing, she began to create cards for her friends and family. Encouraged by others to "Spread the Love", Heart Art was born, and has since expanded into a full line of stationery. Her hand-drawn designs were, and continue to be inspired by the warm and loving Aloha spirit of the islands.
Heart Art's whimsical line includes Folded Notecards, Flat Cards, Mini Cards, Invitations & Announcements, with matching Thank You Notecards, and even Place Cards & Book Labels. And we use beautiful corresponding red lined envelopes that put the quality of our product a step above the rest.
As wonderfully unique as Heart Art’s Cards are on their own, they can be personalized too, for that added individual touch.
